The Balcan CGSB 6 Mil Clear Vapour Barrier is a premium polyethylene membrane designed to control moisture movement within wall, ceiling, and floor assemblies. Manufactured to meet CAN/CGSB 51.34-M86 standards, this 6 mil vapour barrier helps prevent condensation, mould growth, and moisture damage while improving the long-term performance of insulated building envelopes. Measuring 144" × 100', each roll provides 1,200 square feet of coverage, making it ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects.
Constructed from high-quality clear polyethylene, the film is suitable for use behind drywall, beneath concrete slabs, over insulation, and in other applications requiring an effective vapour retarder. Its transparent design allows light transmission while making installation easier. Each pallet contains 60 rolls, making it an excellent choice for contractors and large-scale construction projects.
