By completing this section you are authorizing your bank to release account information (outstanding balance, credit line, and payment history) to Timberstone Distribution for the purposes of establishing an open account and credit line. This information will be kept in the strictest confidence.

Section 4 — Terms, Guaranty & Certification
Payment Terms: Net 30 days from date of invoice unless other terms are agreed upon in writing in advance. If the account is not paid as agreed according to invoice terms, a late payment charge of 1½% per month (18% per annum) will be applied to the unpaid balance. The account holder agrees to reimburse Timberstone Distribution all costs of collection, including legal fees.
GUARANTY
In consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) now paid to him by TimberStone Distribution and for other good and valuable consideration, the undersigned does hereby covenant and agree with the said TimberStone Distribution that if default shall at any time be made by the Customer in payment of any sum or sums of money whatsoever that shall be payable to TimberStone Distribution pursuant to any invoice rendered by TimberStone Distribution to the Customer or pursuant to any credit facility or arrangement made between TimberStone Distribution and the Customer, whether for the supply of goods by TimberStone Distribution to the Customer or otherwise, the undersigned will pay or cause to be paid the said sum or sums of money.
The undersigned does further covenant and agree that he will also pay or indemnify and save TimberStone Distribution harmless for and against any and all costs that it may incur, including legal costs on a solicitor and client basis, in connection with recovering or attempting to recover payment of such sums whether from the Customer or pursuant to this guaranty.
The guaranty of the undersigned shall be a continuing guaranty for all of the said indebtedness of the Customer to TimberStone Distribution, whether such indebtedness is a present or future obligation of the Customer.
Where there is more than one person as the undersigned hereto, the obligations of each of them hereunder shall be construed as joint and several obligations.
This Guaranty shall be construed with such changes in gender and number as may be required by the context.
