Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for purchasing at Timberstone Distributions!
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund (Please allow 1-2 business days for this process). Your money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If the product is defective you may be eligible for a warranty claim. Please reach out to our support team and we will initiate the warranty process with the manufacturer. All warranty claims within 30 days will be replaced by the manufacturer. After 30 days customers must go through the manufacturer for warranty claims.
We do not provide pre-paid return labels unless the item is broken or we are at fault.
