SPEC MIX® Core-Fill Grout
Product Description:
SPEC MIX® Core-Fill Grout is a preblended, high-performance masonry grout designed for filling hollow concrete masonry units (CMUs) and reinforcing vertical and horizontal structural elements. Formulated with portland cement, graded aggregates, and specialty additives, it provides excellent flow, consolidation, and long-term strength when mixed with water.
Available in both non-shrink and standard flow formulations, Core-Fill Grout ensures uniform fill of CMU cores, embeds reinforcing bars, and enhances the structural integrity of walls and columns.

Grouting hollow concrete masonry units (CMU)
Reinforced masonry walls and columns
Lintel, bond beam, and pilaster grouting
