Plasti-Fab Advantage ICF® 8" Standard Block
The Plasti-Fab Advantage ICF® 8" Standard Block is a high-performance Insulating Concrete Form (ICF) designed to create strong, energy-efficient concrete walls for residential, commercial, institutional, and agricultural construction. The patented system consists of two molded Type 2 expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation panels connected by durable polypropylene web ties, forming an 8" reinforced concrete core after concrete placement.
The interlocking block design speeds installation while providing continuous insulation, excellent air sealing, and reduced thermal bridging. Once filled with concrete, the wall system delivers exceptional structural strength, energy efficiency, sound attenuation, and fire resistance. The embedded polypropylene fastening strips make it easy to attach drywall, siding, stucco, stone veneer, and other interior and exterior finishes. The Advantage ICF system is suitable for foundations, basements, above-grade walls, retaining walls, commercial buildings, and multi-family construction.
