The ROCKWOOL Cavityrock® Stone Wool Continuous Insulation Board is a premium rigid mineral wool insulation designed for ventilated rainscreen systems, cavity walls, and continuous exterior insulation applications. Each board measures 4" × 24" × 48" and provides a nominal R-value of 17.2. Each package contains 5 boards, covering 40 square feet, with 10 packages per pallet for a total pallet coverage of 400 square feet. Designed to be water repellent while remaining vapor permeable, Cavityrock® helps improve building envelope performance while maintaining exceptional thermal efficiency. As a non-combustible stone wool insulation, it withstands temperatures exceeding 2,150°F (1,177°C), making it an ideal solution for commercial, institutional, multi-family, and high-performance residential construction.
