Sikaflex®-1a is a premium-grade, high performance, moisture-cured, one-component, polyurethane-based, non-sag elastomeric sealant.

Capable of ± 35 % joint movement.
Eliminates time, effort, and equipment for mixing, filling cartridges and cleaning of equipment.
High elasticity - Cures to a tough, durable, flexible consistency with exceptional cut and tear resistance.

SAVES TIME – Single component sealant means no mixing required. Accelerated curing capacity forms an elastic seal and is tack-free in one to two hours, with a final cure time of three to five days
CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIRS – Bonds strongly, creating a permanently elastic seal on horizontal expansion joints in cement and concrete substrates such as balconies, driveways, sidewalks, floors and more
VERSATILE – This premium grade sealant secures joints with a self-leveling sealant that bonds to concrete and cement substrates for depths between 6 mm (1/4 in) and 13 mm (1/2 in)
READY TO USE – Sealant applies easily using a caulking gun. Priming is generally not necessary, except when sealant will encounter water immersion after curing
DURABLE – Single-component polyurethane sealant is highly durable and provides an excellent bond and flexibility within horizontal expansion joints. Resists age and weathering
