Product Description:
SPEC MIX® Polymer Modified Mortar (PMM) is a high-performance, factory-blended mortar designed for superior bond strength, flexibility, and water resistance. Formulated with portland cement, hydrated lime, graded masonry sand, and proprietary polymer additives, it offers enhanced adhesion and durability compared to traditional mortars.
PMM is specifically engineered for thin veneer masonry and challenging bonding surfaces where a strong mechanical and chemical bond is required. It meets or exceeds applicable ASTM C270 and ASTM C1384 standards when properly mixed and installed.
