SPEC MIX® Type N Mortar is a dry, factory-preblended mortar mix specifically engineered for non-load-bearing and exterior above-grade masonry applications. Formulated with a precise blend of portland cement, hydrated lime, and masonry sand, it delivers consistent workability, excellent bond strength, and superior color uniformity when mixed with potable water on-site.
It is ideal for laying brick, block, and stone in residential and light commercial construction, as well as for stucco base coats, parging, and repair work.
