Product Description:
SPEC MIX® XP500 is a premium, factory-preblended masonry mortar designed for superior bond, durability, and water resistance in demanding environments. Engineered with portland cement, hydrated lime, graded masonry sand, and specialized performance additives, XP500 delivers enhanced adhesion, reduced water absorption, and increased flexural strength compared to standard mortars.
This mortar is specifically formulated for exterior applications exposed to severe weather, high moisture, and freeze-thaw cycles. XP500 meets or exceeds ASTM C270 requirements and is ideal for structural and veneer masonry where exceptional longevity and performance are required.
Uses:
Exterior structural masonry in severe climates
