Product Description:
SPEC MIX® Type S Mortar is a dry, factory-blended mortar mix specifically designed for use in load-bearing and non-load-bearing masonry construction. It is formulated using a blend of portland cement, hydrated lime, and masonry sand that meets ASTM C270 and ASTM C1714 requirements when properly mixed and installed.
Available in 80 lb (36.2 kg) bags or bulk bags, SPEC MIX Type S Mortar is ideal for laying brick, block, and stone for both structural and veneer applications.
