LATICRETE® MVIS™ Waterproofing Flashing Mortar
LATICRETE® MVIS™ Waterproofing Flashing Mortar is a premium, polymer-fortified waterproofing and flashing mortar designed for use behind manufactured stone veneer, adhered masonry veneer, thin brick, and other exterior cladding systems. As part of the LATICRETE Masonry Veneer Installation System (MVIS™), it creates a durable, weather-resistant barrier that helps prevent water intrusion while providing excellent adhesion to a variety of building substrates.
Engineered for residential, commercial, and institutional construction, this versatile flashing mortar can be used to seal transitions, penetrations, window and door openings, and other critical areas where water management is essential. It bonds securely to concrete, masonry, cement backer board, exterior gypsum sheathing, and approved waterproofing membranes. Once cured, it forms a flexible, crack-resistant waterproof layer that enhances the durability and longevity of the building envelope.
